I saw this company's ad on the web and signed up for a free trial. Didn't see any Terms and Conditions. Tried to cancel by phone within an hour. Didn't work. The goods were posted. I was charged 99p for insurance without my consent. Returned the product, but could not get them to answer their phone (in USA) to give me the required RMA. Sent goods Recorded Delivery. In spite of asking for a block on my Visa account, they took £69.95 from my account without my consent. I have since read their Ts & Cs. They have got you. Money back guaranteed only for NON trial orders! Disgusted.

- It cost me £130!! Banks/credit card co. and trading standards are aware. Pleeeeease contact trading standards, this is an unfair contract. The more people that report this scam to them the more chance we have of getting this stopped. I thought about a small claim on the grounds of "unfair contract" I received mine after 28days. Even if you get them 2 days after requesting them, this is not a free 14day trial. Im sure if we can all get our heads together we can stop this and have a go at getting our money back (If they dont stop operating and change their name) which apparently happens all the time.
