I bought by a direct call over the phone the GS8.2E Fast Slimming Machine for both my husbands elbow pain and my skin from saferwholesale.com. After much research I found this ultrasound machine that has three wands for different sizes and a range of frequencies and intensities. To purchase I felt I should call and talk to someone since it was 650.00 and claimed to be at value of 1300. 00 . The person I talked to Jacob said it was a great machine and very popular. I asked if it had a return guaranty and he said yes –thirty day. The receipt via internet after purchased said I bought it from Great Sports… when you call you waiting to talk to a real person you hear all this hype about how safe it is to buy from them and that their prices will beat anyone’s. The truth is they don’t stand behind their products and their verbal policies as sales people over the phone are not the ones I would have found out IF I had just purchased on internet.. no returns ever and they say they have a 30 day warranty for what they sale but it has been 7 weeks since I bought it and no one has helped. You can only talk to parts person over the phone who said they have trouble with this item all the time but it is manufactured in China and they have to email them and get replacement parts.. In fact they knew of the high pitch thrilling sound before. These parts people are sent by customer service and are only students trying to have a job while in school. There is no phone number for customer service and they do nothing when you email them but say there are never returns. Just recently I was assigned another parts person who asked for a video of what it is doing. I had told both parts persons that it has an unbearable high shrill that goes through the bone to the ear drum and I cant tolerate it and it shocks me too. This happens with the largest want which has the button to turn it on with . Nothing happens with the two smaller wands at all. I sent the video with my husband and now this parts person says that I have to only deal with the first one. The instruction Manuel is poorly written and has very little information but a lot of warnings.. My husband’s elbow will need surgery according to his surgeon if the ultrasound doesn’t work-- so now 7 weeks later as we were trying to do this to avoid surgery and save money—it seems we may have lost a huge amount. When trying to find these people on the internet again since the receipt came in from another name ie. Great Sports INC I found that others sell this same machine for 250-350 on Amazon and have a 30 day return. Their response it that they are the dealer directly with the manufacturer and are more reliable.. that you can’t trust those others who sell it for less??? I deal with Amazon all the time and have never had a problem. I think the others bought it from saferwholesale.com in quantity for a better price and trying to unload them.. Please help me get my money back and warn others not to buy this or from this company. .. thank you.
