This company has been harassing me and threatening to have me served at my place of employment. They are claiming that I owed money from a payday loan with Quik Cash. I've never had an account with this company. They claim that this was from 2009 and the original amount was $700 and because of interest, the amount has doubled. They have been harassing me at my job, on my cell, they have been calling and threatening my sister, my elderly father, and even my ex husband that I need to appear in court or that they will be held liable for my debt and go to jail. This is causing undue anxiety and distress on me and my family. My sister and elderly father are both ill. She has high blood pressure and lately it has been erratic. My father has congestive heart failure and is 91 years old. My sister and father could die from the anxiety at the hands of these predators!
