I HVE PLACED A " FRAUD " on my credit report with Transunion :, this company was bought from a Pay Day Loan company " Riverside Services " claiming back February 2011 I took out a payday loan $300.00 w/Riverside Services ", that is a FRAUD. I do not know who they are. Never heard of Riverside Services. I discovered that " Obrien Wexler and Associates " & " Midwest Recovery Systems " systems placed a false claim " Derogatory $725.00 MIDWST RCVRY $725.00 on my Transunion Credit Report. I have not done any business with Riverside Services, and Obrien Wexler and Associates, I have never taking a $300.00 payday loan at all. I called Midwest Recovery Systems today, Tuesday 11-08-16 spoke to Stacey, to alert of us this " FRAUD " payday loan. I will file a police report on all 3 companies : Riverside Services, Obrien Wexler and Associates & Midwest Recovery Systems and file FRAUD ALERTS on them as well. I have contacted all 3-Credit Bureaus: Equifax, Experian & Transunion to place a FRAUD ALERT on my credit report. I want the name " MIDWST RCVRY
$725.00 " removed from my Transunion Credit Report , because I have not done any business with a payday loan from Riverside Services & Obrien Wexler and Associates , I have done a google search on Riverside Services & Obrien Wexler and Associates to discover they are a SCAM, FRAUD on lots of others as well. You can go to web site BBB Business Review and you will find CONSUMER COMPLAINTS about their scam/fraud: 32 complaints closed with BBB in last 3 years | 6 closed in last 12 months . . . Would You please investigate this SCAM and update me on what I need to do to make sure they do not attempt to steal $725.00 from me claiming I took out a payday loan, that I never did.
