On May 29, 2012 I called Cesar's Emergency Locksmith when I locked myself out of my house. They came by and unlocked my front door and in the process broke the lock. The technician, Tim Cornwell, said he would return the following day to repair or replace my lock, but this didn't happen. After 1 month and dozens of call and texts my lock is still broken and I am unable to secure my house. When I call the office they give me the run around and the phone mysteriously disconnects. Please let all consumers know these guys are crooks. A rock through the window would have been a better choice for me than calling Cesar's Emergency Locksmith. Thank you for your help.
