These people are crooks. I wish I'd done my homework and found the numerous complaints against them before hiring them. They pulled a bait and switch on me, offering an initial estimate of around $1700. I made two deposits of about a third of the estimate, one to secure their services, one on the day of pickup (for which they were two days late and during which they wouldn't return calls or emails), and then was handed a whopping final delivery charge that was nearly three times what I'd expected! I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against them and one through the Attorney General's Office. According to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, they are required to notify customers when estimates change. They did not. I have 90 days to file a claim against them, and the case has a three year statute of limitations. I will pursue through legal channels if they don't respond satisfactorily to my current complaints. I'd encourage others to report them far and wide. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's number is 1.888.368.7238.
