Order this and and downloaded the program. For about two weeks, it seemed to be working, but only downloaded 13% of my computer - - then the message came that the backup duty had failed - - try again. That worked for two times, then stopped working completely. I tried to contact the company using my account, however, I got the message that due to some malfunction, I was locked out of the account.
