I cancelled my order for Equinox face serum but still was sent another months supply. I called the company, Sheridan labs in NV, but was told that they didn't have a record of my cancellation. Then they told me to get my call history from my telephone provider. My provider is cox cable, and to do this I had to hire a lawyer and got a court order. Well I can't afford that so now what am I supposed to do? They will not take the product back, even though it hasn't been opened. Don't order anything from them! You will get money taken out of your account without your permission!
