I'm one of the victim of DealFun.com too! I don't have the Iphone 4S that supposedly I won from the bidding but they got my money straight away when I bought the bids inorder to join the bidding! Below are the complaints emails I've sent to them.
First email:

last 10/01/12 and have won an iphone 4s through
bidding last 12/01/12 and it's already 13-15 days
and the said items are still in process and not
ship out yet. Never mind the free item that I have
won but I'm worried about the iphone 4s if I still
ever get it.. I have spent a lot for that item in
order to win by buying bids:( How long will I get
the item? Now, I'm having second thoughts of
bidding until I received the items.

We are sorry to hear you have not received your items yet.

While it is not the usual state of affairs, it is not unheard of for items to be listed as processing for an extended period of time. While progress may be made on the shipping process, documentation of the process may be lagging and this is represented in our system.

As issuing a re-ship would likely re-start the 21 day time period normally expected to process and send out a shipment, we must allow your item the full 21 day time frame to process before we can take action.

That said, if you do not receive your item within this time, we want to take action right away, so we'd like you to let us know.

Your Order History page shows all transactions including items paid for and bid packages. The Order History page will include the transaction ID number, date and time the item was paid for, amount paid and tracking number once it has been shipped.

If you have not yet received your items by Feb 2 for the iPhone, or Jan 31 for the earrings, please write back and we will re-ship the item at our cost.

As you have known, I have won an Iphone 4s last January 12,2012 worth $168NZD and have wasted around $600NZD before winning this item.Now it's 23 days after winning that auction and I haven't receive the said Iphone 4s. This is supposed to be a birthday gift to my wife last January 15. I felt disgusted to myself why did I succumb to bidding and not buying the Iphone 4s in the shop instead! My wife should be using it now instead of waiting everyday for nothing! Nevermind the cancelled winning wheel item that I have won which is a pearl earring I was replaced by a voucher bids.. which is a crap..is this how you make your customer or member happy? I expect to hear from you soon regarding this. I hope to receive my Iphone 4S as soon as possible!
