I was contacted by Kevin Burnett (name given) 302 597 8032...General Manager on 4-16-12. I was asked to sell my timeshare in Palm Springs, CA and I agreed. Spoke to this man for several days. He sent me the contract and I was to send them a check for $2276.00 and I was to recieve $18,800.00 for my timeshare....escrow closing on June 26, 2012. I caled to make sure escrow was closing and now both numbers are disconnected and you are given this 888-711-4532 which is only an answering machine....no one has called me yet. This is so pathetic that someone would take advantage of a person like this. I look up the address and saw this www.scambook.com and the amount is exactly the same as James. I mean I signed a legal contract thinking my property was in escrow and they gave the buyers name on the contract. My name is Ruth and I can be contacted at (Personal Information Removed)
