Requested estimate etc. building a sidewalk to help with water drainage...I gave $ 500 on Rays request to buy material...then he left to go to another job...a few days later ...he returned but didn't want to do the job as discussed...he didn't want to dig down for the 4 inch sidewalk with rebar etc...he changed to just set everything on top of the existing dirt which would have only increased the problem of water flow...basically...he didn't want to "dig" as was necessary...so I told him we couldn't do the job that way...I told him I wanted my $500 back...he left..even took a tool I had lent him..he hasn't called .. brought the money...
