After waiting 3 days for a game that was listed as "In Stock" I was given a russian version of the game (order #21830). Not only was the game late - but I dont speak russian!!
Nowhere does it state that this English language website is selling foreign language games - and to be sure before I bought from them I checked their FAQs which said that games are not region locked.
Nowhere in the 370 words of ENGLISH language description does it mention that this game is only playable in russian!!! A tiny 11x16 pixel flag is no substitute - especially when an image of the product says the region is “Global”.
No reply from their support team after repeated emails. No discount for being late, no refund for a dodgy product.
