Norton charged me $50 (at least, possibly more) for annual updates that were never delivered/downloaded to my computer and refuses to credit my account. I regrettably purchased their product with an annual update service for my PC several years ago and subsequently switched to the Mac world a couple years later. I apparently forgot about the annual renewal charge and never received any Norton services/downloads/updates after I switched to my Mac. After finding out about the latest charge, I talked to the Norton customer service department and was told that a refund was not possible......That's the last time I, my family and several friends I've discussed this with will ever buy a Norton product.
