I first got a call on my cell phone at 1:45 which i did not answer, a min later there was a voice mail, stating that charge are being put on me and i will be arrested, and to give them a call as soon as possible, so i did, the young lady on the other end said just what i heard on my voice mail, & that i needed to talk to (i guess its her boss) can't recall his name, but while i was waiting on him, i hear him say, that yes that right, I've already had 27 people arrested this morning, and there will be more, I'm at this time saying hello hello then he gets on the phone and said, look first of all I don"t have much time I'm on my way to count I'ii just tell you this, we were suppose to have you arrested this morning, but i pull your record and see that you have never been in any trouble, so i talk to the judge, and I said let me go back to her and see if we can get this taken care of, so that this time I'm saying Sir what are you talking about? he went on to say that if i didn't pay what i owe Bank of America which is who he said hire him that he is going to have to go ahead and sign the paper for the police to come pick me up, and the i would not be able to make bond because it going to be so high< he said that i owe $1000.00, which i then said i don't have that sir, and i know i owe the bank, but not that much, he went on to say, part of it is legal fee, then went back and forward,and he said look this have to be payed now or you're going to be pick up and put in jail, so i said i can pay $900.00 now he then said that's not going to stop the warrant, then he said hold, came back to the phone and said ok this is what I'm going to do you pay the $900.00 now so i gave him the number of 2 (two) of my debut cards number, he run that and said, when can you pay the rest, i said Sir I don't i just got payed i have nothing left. he then said this is what i'm going to do, the rest is problem legal fee so i'm going to wave that, and if anyone calls you about this debut, just tell them to call me. and I'll tell then that this case is close! The next day i call Bank of America and told them what happen, the person i talk to said, that's not something that they would done and that my account is close with them, and that i needed to get with the bank that I'm with now to file a complaint against Atlas Mediation,LLC, And I did because they told me that it's against the law what they did, which was to Threaten me with jail time and warrants.
