This has been happening since November 2011. Why won't Cox Cable allow me to change or drop my bundled service? My PC crashed in November and I have not been able to afford another one and I have asked Cox Cable to remove the internet service from my account for six months and they keep saying I cannot change my service.

I don’t have as many hours as I used to have for work so I don't make as much money as I did last year and I cannot afford the telephone or the Internet Service. The phone has not worked since last year some time and they want $50 to come out and check it. I don’t have $50.00! I have a cell phone and cannot justify both and the cell phone is cheaper so I want that. I want them to remove the phone and the Internet service, and retain only the cable television service but they will not do it. Every month I get further behind because I can no longer afford to pay for all the bundled services, especially the Internet service that I have not been able to use since November 2011.

I’ve asked several times for this to be removed from my account and still they say “no” and keep billing me for it.
