Saw a charge against my BB&T debit card. Did not order anything from this company and I never heard of it. Called BB&T and they "Hot Carded" my card. They will remove the charge. This is very annoying and scary how these people can get your card information and make charges against your account. Then you have to go through the trouble of (1) having the charge removed or refunded (2) obtaining a new card and (3) changing all of the account infomation you may have for all of the legitimate companies you deal with. With numerous complaints against this company, maybe some agency in the law enforcement community will initiate action against them.
