I did a reverse phone number look up which I was told I would only be charged for if they found the name of the person I was looking up. I was charged the price for the look up, however I don't have any information since it says "Processing Report." So I was charged but not given any information regarding the number I looked up. I also saw on my bank statement I was charged an additional $19.99 by them. Apparently when I did 1 phone look up it automatically signed me up for additional monthly charges for things such as Identity Theft and Intelius Premier, which are both $19.99 per month. Fortunately I was given a one month trial period for one of the two so I was charged for just one instead of both, still frustrating nonetheless.
