i recieved a letter stating i had won 250,000.00. this is a scm. i want to know how to sue this company and a person named abigail connell.do i need to file a report locally to begin this procidure?i have read other complaints against this company and would like to file a class action suit if possible.is this doable?can someone please let me know?
