this company rang me up and said they were from, comptech team, from BT,(british telecommunications) and said i had a virus on my computer, they told me not to do anything and they would sort it out, my computer was a bit slow sometimes, but ok, after about 15 mins, the person said it was sorted, every now and again as he was talking to me, he kept saying what is the number on the card you are paying with, as he told me of this offer for £144.00 for 9rs, anti virus security, i felt bullied during the conversation into taking out this offer, which reluctantly did. this person said that they would take the money out of my account on the 1st of march, and they would confirm it by e.mail, took money out 21st march and no e.mail. when i rang them, the exuses they gave me were ridiculous,i said i wanted to cancel, as they didnt do what they said, needless to say i am still waiting for them to ring me back after 3 weeks, this is a bogus company (or is it a company) who needs to be caught, telephone number 02088193970 and the person who usualy answers gives his name as "ravi", at the moment i am seeking legal/police advice.
