In 2010 we had recieved a couple phone calls from this company staff, stating our computer had shown to have lots of corrupted files and viruses.they offered us help with it.my hubby strongly refused to have any offers by them.so that male staff ended the phone call saying"i hope u will end up buying a new computer, and good luck with it".we did not think much to it,even though we were quite offended by his words.
In 2011, we had few phone calls from this company over and over stating the above.By then our laptop had started giving us trouble.it used to shut down on its own numerous times.we had phone calls continuously from quick pc help staff stating ,they are getting signals in their system saying our computer has viruses and so is the reason for laptop to shut down.My hubby reluctantly, gave the card details and joined as a customer, hoping that they are genuine.we got told one of the operator apparently cleaned our laptop viruses and installed their software.we had 3 icons on our screen since.Everything was fine for a day,and our laptop started the same 'automatic shutting down'.Hubby rang them back unsatisfied with their services and asked for the refund.we got different story from quick pc help, saying this shut down problem is nothing to do with them and their software has no control over it.After a long argument with them, they finally agreed to refund the money back within 2 months.its been since six months now,we are still waiting for the refund. contact number we had for them has been disconnected.sadly, our lovely laptop has got crashed since. we are not at all happy with this fraud business.
