Services seem to be provided form Exton PA but little if any actual contact information is available. i wrote here to no avail.
Galena MD Branch 410-648-5008. This is where I had my services.

This company provided services for knee rehabilitation. They billed my medical insurance provider and were paid. On 5/17/10 they were told by me that the insurance company informed me that they had made the maximum payment. On that day they(branch in Galena MD) informed me that this was an error on the billing. They said to continue to continue come and they would see that the insurance company would correct their error. I did so trusting this local branch in Galena MD. Finally, I was told again by the insurance company they would not pay. I was again assured that this was "wrong". They told me I would not have to pay for rehabilitation services. I came in three times again to talk about the bill and was told 'it was being taken care of."
The insurance company continued to deny the claim. I stopped going to the therapy but was told that I would not be billed and "they would take care of the matter." Instead it was turned over to two different out of state billing agencies who never would answer the certified mailings I sent to them nor answer me by phone.
