We have hired this company in January of 2012, we signed a contract agreement that they will rebuild/remodel our house and complete by mid May 2012. We have paid 60% of the agreed amount by mid April but We Build It were far from even weathering the house. We have suffered a great financial loss by hiring these people. Company owners Mychal Krause and Noel Hoffman, lied to us from the very beginning of the project. We found out that they had no permits to even perform the job. When we confronted them about the permits and completion of the job. They just abandoned the project and disappeared. We hired a lawyer and it is now a legal case. On further researching their backgrounds we found out that we are the only people they scammed and ripped off. Their ripping off people goes back to 2002, when Mychal Krause had a different construction company, under different name. There are actual people who had to foreclosure thier homes due to being ripped off by Mychal Krause. This company located at San Antonio Texas, their address is a PO BOX at local UPS store at 17503 LaCantera Pkwy, #104-182, San Antonio, TX 78257
