My husband placed an order for a keyboard in February 2012. It was to be a gift, but never arrived so he called the company to cancel in April 2012. We never received the keyboard, which was to cost $14.95 + S&H. On June 8,2012 the company charged our credit card $141.50. When I had the credit card company call them to dispute the charge, they stated that "it had just shipped"....4 months later. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. This prompted me to look up the company and I discovered what a scam they had done to others. I will be pursuing this through criminal channels as a fraud.

  • I put a complaint into the Better Business Bureau and the company returned the purchase price, plus all shipping and handling charges. They claimed to the BBB that they didn't know that I was not happy with the way they handled my return. I had put a complaint into their rep and sent a letter with my return. They are scammers. You follow up with all channels that you see fitting, this is just a suggestion.
