I am reporting The Mortgage Law Group for Falsley taking money and doing nothing for us. We hired them to get a loan modification for us and they had us submit a ton of paperwork to them which they did nothing with, a person by the name Kelly Patrick sent us a "welcome as a client " paper ( this was all done by e-mail ) he called himself a loan modification managing member but we were never able to reach him,instead they put us with a Marla Pica aps ATTORNEY PROCESSING SOLUTIONS who was our supposed contact for the mortgage law group. The amount for the modification process was $2,995.00 which they took in installments beginning 11/04/11, 12/05/2011 and again 1/04/12 this we were told to pay to them and they would have any late payments put at the end of the loan .They told us not to call Wellsfargo because it could cause confusion . We got suspicious and started checking to see if there were any complaints against them and there were. I called and got them to send me a statement which they did but said that we needed to continue to pay them n case they had to litigate for us at the tune of $500.00 a month if the modification didn't go thru this is after they say they always get the modifications. We told them we didn't need their so called help any more and we were going to try to get the modification ourselves but now it's too late, we were denied and now thanks to them our home is going to forclosesure we are so far behind in our payments Wellsfargo won't work with us unless we can pay the 13,000.00 we are behind I don't want any one else to go thru what we have been going thru that is why I am writing to you.I am going to turn them into the FTC to try and end this unlawful practice. I wasn't going to say anything but the more I think about it everyone should be informed and no honest person should be scammned like we have because we trusted someone.
