I tried numerous times to renew my Norton Antivirus software and each time it said my credit card was not accepted. After about six tries with different credit cards that it also said were not accepted, I went to a different company and subscribed with no problem. Now that I received my credit card bill your company charged me for a renewal, that I have not received. I want my credit card debeted with $94.99. Please respond.
