I purchased a sterling silver, horseshoe shaped pendant with diamonds and or cubic zirconia around it and a 4 leaf clover inside the pendant. I came home to Minnesota after vacationing in Las Vegas on 5/27/12. On 6/2/12, I noticed that one of the stones was missing out of the horseshoe. I called the number on the receipt and a man answered. I explained to him what happened and he told me to come to the store and he would exchange it. I advised him I lived in Minnesota and was asking if we could exchange this by mail. He told me he would have to have someone call me back. I never heard from him and called the same number everyday since with no answer. I have left several messages with no return call. I would just like a replacement of the pendant that lost the stone.
