they charged my account $23.95 on 5-11-12 & on 6-11-12 they said i requested a membership form them to provide credit information,in may 2012. never recieved a membership number or any credit info.i cancelled "membership" on 6-13-12 but they wouldnot reinburst the two monthly payments.
