On April 17,2012 I placed an order with benfranklin.com for a box of art pastels. When I discovered that my husband had already bought these same pastels for me as a gift I contacted benfranklin.com and cancelled the order. I was told that it would be taken care of and a return label was sent to me. I returned the pastels on May 16, 2012.
I have a record of all the emails I have sent and the numerous emails from benfranklin.com saying that the matter was being taken care of. I also have the receipt from UPS.
The order number is 20120416-120904-8514 from benfranklin.com
I see from other customers that this is a pattern and a scam. I am hopeful that this report will result in a solution.
