I ordered a dress from this website for my best friend's wedding and upon receiving it was utterly shocked by the poor quality of it and the fact that it looked nothing like it did in the picture, the straps were sewn on the wrong way round and it was the wrong size!
When I contacted them to say that I wasn't happy and I would like a full refund, they said would I accept keeping the dress and only having £30 refunded, I told them no because there is no point in having a dress that I cannot even wear and would have technically paid £55 for after they refunded £30. When I told them I wasn't happy with this, they permanently blocked my email address from sending them any further emails regarding my order. The customer service email address is [email protected] and everytime I recieved an email from (Christina King) it was signed by a different name every time (Andy,Becky, Wendy....the list went on) till they blocked my email address.

I sympathize with your experience.But my attitude is totally different from you.Because my daughter found the perfect dress on this site and she looked absolutely gorgeous she was thrilled to bits and felt like a million dollars.

- So bad to hear that. I have ordered two dresses from the wedsite. they are of great quality. Lovely material, and well finished. Both bridesmaids were very pleased with the fit, and were very comfortable. Shipment was very prompt.

- It's a good shop.Very good quality. I love their beautiful workmanship. And the price was affordable. i would not refuse to order another dress form the site again.

- I couldn't be happier with my new evening dress. It is perfect. I did a special order giving my specific measurements. Length is perfect and I'm relatively short so usually have to have everything shortened. I've already recommended this site to others. Price is also fantastic!

- I had ordered my wedding dress online with an other web site and it arrived just so terrible, I had no more hope of having a nice dress in time for my wedding. I had already ordered from this site and I was happy, so I thought I'd try again, and the dress was just a perfect fit (I asked for custom sizing). It's such a big relief! I love it!

We were so pleased with the service, the pricing and the quality of our dresses. They were delivered in a timely fashion and we were so impressed with the care taken in the sewing of the dresses and the preparation for shipping.
We ordered on the larger size for the girls who were in between sizes, thinking its easier to take in a dress if we had to ... in hindsight, we would custom order the sizes again.
Overall, we were very happy with our dresses and it was a beautiful bridal party! -

- I bet all the comments above are from the company I have complained about....I warn you all it has now happened to 2 more of my friends. They do nothing but steal peoples hard earned money. They should be ashamed.

- I will rate the kimidress.co.uk dress with 5 stars as I was really very much happy with my purchase. After this dress I ordered two others, and the quality was always good.
