When I signed up, I signed up through Ancestry.com. I didn't find what I was looking for and so I knew I was going to have to cancel it. I was told it was a "free trial" and about 3 days into this so called "free trial", I called both Ancestry and Archives, both told me that I was not in the system and I would not be billed for anything. I figured it was okay until Monday, I log into my bank account and find a charge from Archives.com for $39.95. I want a full refund because I was told flat out that I would not be charged and then I find I have been robbed $40.
