This Company is Fraudulent and a Complete Scam. They have no plans of picking your things up on the correct date. Even worse, delivering on the corrrect date. Whatever they tell you is a complete Lie. This is how their scheme works & how they get your money...

-After lying on how/why they give you such a good rate, $1375 from from S Fla to Atlanta for my move, and getting a $200 deposit on a Credit Card, they promise to call you 24 hrs before scheduled pickup. They don't call you 24 hrs before pickup, I recieved a call Sunday at noon saying they'd be there at 7:00 that night, 7 hrs before pickup on the day BEFORE that was planned 5 weeks earlier. Monday or Tuesday was Pickup, Wed or Thurs was Delivery dates agreed upon

-Even though I was 95% ready when 3 guys (2 I'm sure are Illegals..spoke very little English, and the main Scam Artist broken English..his name Alfredo) they showed up at my door (in a rented Ryder Truck) they bring in 3 miles of plastic to wrap your things even though its not needed, x-tra cardboard is outside by the truck which they also use and not needed.

-After they are done and have everything on the Truck, they Up the Price by 50%, say it was for tape and plastic.. you now realize you're getting Scammed.. and if you refuse to pay them and tell them to forget it and to Unload the Truck, they say sure, for an additional $800

-They've got you now...so you mention the move-in day again, which for me was 3 or 4 days later, and they say with a shrug of ther shoulders they hope they can deliver on time.

-After sleeping on the floor of my apt in Fla, I got on the road the next day wondering what the next surprise would be awaiting me. I stopped in Jacksonville Fla planning to spend the next 48 hrs there and then head up to Atlanta where my new apt was, and the previous occupants had just left, the Mgt was still getting the Apt ready for me to move into and could not be leased until the planned date as previous mentioned.

-Here comes the Surprise,....6:30 Tues night, I get a call from the Scammers asking me where I am..they are in their Truck at the front gate ready to move me in. I reminded them they are 1-2 days early from move-in date, and they say they are not, this was the agreed upon date, and now they will put my things in their Storage Facility, call them when I get there. When I argued with the guy (Alfredo) he hung up on me

-I arrive in Atlanta Wed afternoon, not knowing what to expect at this point, but dreading it, I've read some of the other Horror Stories I found on the net the night before about this so called Company. I get the keys for the apt, move what little I had in my car, and now its 4pm. I call the Scam Artists and tell them I'm here, only to be told it will cost me an additional $800 to have them bring my things over from their Storage Facility, and it might take 2 weeks, I told the guy (another one that spoke broken English) that I'd come get it myself, or hire someone else to pick it up, and that they were ripping me off..I was steamed, and still am. Another night on the floor without my things.

-I hired another mover, paid a 3 hr minimum and got my things out of their facility for another $340. Remember the initial move was $1375....now I'm up to $2500, and slept (very little) on the floor several nights completely stressed out.

-Lastly....I recieved a call from the Scammers the next day saying if I wanted to get my things that day, their Boss "The King Scammer" named "Adam" said I needed to pay them an additional $150 Dollars to use their dock at the warehouse. Now I'm livid, but just want my things. I find the warehouse, filled with wooden crates, estimating 120 crates, that I'm sure they belong to people that are in the same premeditated Scam I've gotten into from reading all the reports on this "Company". At any rate, my things are now here, missing only a few minor items, no big deal, but my 3 plasma TVs were tipped on their sides in the crates, and another box that I told them to make sure NOT to tip on its side was of course tipped on its side. (It also took me a full day to un-tape the box's and 2 car loads of tape & plastic to the garbage bin)

Important Points to remember....If these guys are talking, they are LYING, its All premeditated, they know exactly what they are pulling off. From another persons post,,,a Lawyer was mentioned in Atlanta which he contacted, and I did the same. His name is Bruce Mitchell, his tel # is 404-262-9488...Mr Mitchell gave me a brief history of this "Company"..he's very familiar with them, and every name they have used in the past, "Real Movers" etc etc etc etc....I am in the process of sending him all my correspondence with this so called "company" along with "guaranteed" charges no hidden fees etc, etc, and with e-mails to him.
