this company somehow manages to get into your cell phone and then your stupid provider pays them. so they can make $20 from every person out there. it's $9.99per months and with Rogers I only get my bill at the end of the months so they get two payments before Rogers blocks them... How they do it is beyond me, Rogers told me to text stop when I get a text from them. But like I told Rogers I never texted them at all, stop or go.... this makes me so mad at Rogers for allowing this shit, to happen to all there customers.......

Same problem here, also a Rogers customer.
How did I deal with it ? First call customer retentions or the highest level of customer support , ask nicely to have the amount credited and MOST IMPORTANTLY get them to stop any third party activations, there are apparently 2 "methods" of applying this block, ask for both ! This should apply to any phone service, even landlines. It was created to prevent children from calling pay for use lines etc.
Good Luck , sorry to hear about your shocking scam. In all honesty this is something that the cellphone manufacturers should be blocking . Mine happened on my Iphone, they can somehow extract your phone number and immediatly send you a text, when you panic and hit unsubscribe it somehow accepts that as an "activation" ... LAME -
