I purchased this product, then I bought my site name and 2 year hosting through homewebsite builder, I never received my login cpanel instructions, after viewing whois I don't see my name as the owner of my site that I paid for but I was given a site the same as all others thes sites all have the same features and can be viewed by typing in [panic attack guide] my site is www.remediereviews.com which logs in ok but I still have no cpanel, my feelings are that the name was registered through home website builder I paid for it and they use it as their own I think they have a reseller account and keep the hosting money $147.00 instead of my site having it's own servers, they have a refund policy and I have asked for my money back using their support link I have emailed them many times, with tickets, I get an email with my ticket link but when I try to view the ticket I only get submit a ticket, so far I have been unable to contact anyone, I paid my money through www.clicksure.com but on contacting clicksure I feel that it is home website builder that owns it and I am concerned that they now have my cc number
