19th April £3.49 taken for the sample I ordered. A sample bottle arrived, nothing else arrived after this.
9th May £69.97 taken from my account without my authority.
6th June £62.46 taken from my account without my authority.
I informed my bank who tell me to ring a number in, (I assume is somewhere in America) to cancel the direct debit I did not set up, otherwise they will continue to deduct money.
I have emailed Alluria at their head office and not received any replies. It is a disgrace. What I dont understand is that they used a National |Newspaper
endorsing their product. Next step is to contact this Newspaper.
GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE ELSE CAUGHT IN THIS SCAM.

- hi there i have had the same problem i have just reported them to watchdog .... at www.bbcwatchdog.co.uk u should do the same
