I have a friend and I recommended her to dish network the customer service Representative said that if I did that I would be discounted $50.00 dollars which it didn't happened well instead I was charged $12.35 cents and then he said if I wanted starz channels he would deduct from my card $5.35 cents which he did after that I called on 06/06/2012 and tried to dispute this and he was charging me $5.00 dollars for I dont know what so I told him I didnt want those channels if they were charging me $12.35 cents plus he charges me $5.00 more for changing the package and then he changes the package that I had to a basic one and charges me $5.00 more please help me understand and refund my money back they've been doing this since the day I first had service and I'm tired of calling and dispute which I am the one losing.
