I have called Verizon several times. (check my account) I was told that it was a virus and to call Norton. Which I did. I paid to have my computer cleaned up, but was told by norton that there was a problem with Verizon. Again yesterday I had a problem with retrieving my e-mail. I received a computer call from Verizon saying there was a problem in my area and please leave my computer on, which I did. There has not been any improvement with my computer. This is getting very annoying. We pay you monthly every month we should at least have access to our emails and the internet. my phone number is (Personal Info Removed)
