Locater contacted several family member threathen the that I would be arrested and them also ask all kinds of questions. My family did not want to answer any question because they would not ID themselves. The Locator also call my newjob threatening them with arrest and myself very rude to all. I call the number they left with my boss and ask several questions and they told me a payday loan was taken out in my name thru my bank and it was not paid gave me the settlement amount ask how was i going to take care of it. I replied that I wanted some paperwork to see before I paid the amount because I did not take a payday loan on the date they provided. They stated that I was not trying to help myself by paying the debt so I would just have to face the arrest and court. They was very rude and they hung up. This company and locator called my family coworkers and friends every hour on the hour this is harrassment.
