I was scammed out of $60 for 2 pairs of shoes and received a shower cap in the mail and had no idea that they were even apart of the same purchase. I filled a claim with PayPal and they closed my claim because the seller provided a tracking number (for the shower cap). I called PayPal immediately to tell them what had happened and he refunded my money in just short of a moment!
