Have been charged 3rd party charges of $9.99 for the past few months on our Rogers bill. Company said my son entered some pin number he was sent, which he claims is a complete lie. After investigating we were told it was Mobshack/Voxtel. Called the Voxtel number we were given, talked to some kid, who after a very unpleasant argument, gave me a the following address to contest the charges. [email protected]. They responded, saying their 'service' had been suspended, but refusing to credit back the charges. Email was received from one Maryse Milot, (Personal Info Removed). Will keep fighting. An absolute scam, targetting children.
