Yes I even know about global connect cloud. They are into tech support from India. I have heard about complaint of scam activity being performed by them. But I would say that I am fully satisfied with their services. I, myself had purchased a tech support plan from them and they have always provided with the service as and when required. I guess they are not scammers!!!You should try to reach them out.
