i have just gotten off the phone to the company and the lady insists i have to pay for the goods unless i return the tablets, why should i return 14 days worth of tablets which should have been "free" trial, at my own cost yet again.
i have mentioned about all the comments and that the initial information on the offer is misleading and she claimed that all the people here are wrong, i have told them my card is being cancelled, and she went on to say they will find me and make me payable for the goods, one word she kept missing out "FREE", this is really getting me down, ADVISE PLEASE ANYONE ...

  • i have now cancelled my account on the card which the postage was paid with, so they can't take moneys from me for something they advertised as "free" i told the lady when i phoned the company that i wanted all shipping stopped in case they were sending anymore which i do not want, if they send anything more i will take to the mailbox marked return to sender.

  • you can send anything anywhere but does not mean that you have returned the product. In addition, as I am sure you stupid Brit could not comprehend, you are sent a full month supply, not 14 days worth.... just a tip, maybe this will keep you out of trouble.... if you notice that something is advertised as "sugar free" or even "fat free", you still must pay for the item. LOL.... wonder what ever happened to the British empire?????

  • Dear miss133, I feel for you as I have just found out about this scam today, and now I am panicking as I have ordered the 'free' trial as well, though I haven't received them as yet. I'm am going to the bank and closing my account today so hopefully no more money will be taken out. So far I have only paid the P&P. I do not have that kind of money to part with. I read the whole 'review' that was on a health site, and yet I still fell for the 'scam' and I'm normally very wary of 'free' stuff. I have truly learnt a lesson here. Best of luck to you and I hope you are successful in getting your money back.
