The hotel booked me for a night I never made a reservation for. When I arrived, the reception explained very clearly that "it would not be a problem" and that I would not be charged. However, upon checking out they went back on there word and refused to refund me. The coward managers refused to even come out of the back and speak with me. Ultimately they lied and deceived in order to take advantage of a foreigner. I feel it is my duty to report this type of crooked and cowardice behavior. To make matter much worse, the hotel fire alarm malfunctioned all night making it impossible to sleep. This hotel completely ruined my stay in Barcelona.
