I ordered I history report for my daughter who is buying a used car. I wanted information on the car. Purchased history using the vin number and got a report that had nothing on that vin. On April 14th, 2012, $2.95 was deducted out of my checking account. On April 16th 2012, $29.95 was deducted from my checking account and $29.95 was deducted 5/14/12. I called on 5/21/12 and spoke to a woman who hung up on me when I asked for her name and badge number.
So, I went to my bank and they are in the process of getting my money back.
I called again from the bank and spoke to: Ernie, #2173, and he gave me a cancel confirmation number #CEM166462.
I want May's deduction refunded to my account in the amount of $29.95.
