I registered at SpeedyPC becasue I was having a lot of trouble with my PC and was told I could purchase technical support with a Microsoft associated company for 2 years for $407.96; 36 calls. I purchased through SAFE CART and it was billed to credit card. I was told the tech support was "Q Resolve." I have called the tech support number 4 times as suggested by the technician, to check in monthly to prevent problems, and the tech company that answers is now "Premium Support". I have gotten satisfactory support, but can't find the company online. The phone number for Q Resolve is 1 877 370 9229 and WA is listed as the state. I don't know if the cost is false advertising or not; just wanted to describe experience.
