Last month on April 20th, we contacted Fido about this service. Was told to txt "stop" to 1.888.985.2233 to be unsubscribed from this service and to call VoxTel to dispute the charges.

Spoke to a VoxTel representative Max, that we would be unsubscribed and the amounts would be credited back to our account.

One month later, we are charged yet again for their "service" and have contacted Fido and VoxTel.

We have now txt-ed "stop" to the txt that we received earlier this month about "winning" a prize. And have spoken to another VoxTel representative, Jovan, that we must email [email protected] to dispute the charges and be credited for the previous and future charges.

The email has been sent, but we are waiting for confirmation that we will be credited and that we have been unsubscribed from this service.

It is frustrating that this scam continues to exist with various cell phone service providers being aware of the situation and yet nothing (that we know of) is collectively being done by these providers to put an end to this.
