I'm totally unsatisified about this company. I got $9.99 charges from my rogers wilreless phone bill on June 2012. Voxtel's contact is on my bill and says it is for billing questions. So I called CSR in July, one of the CSR told me that he will credit me back on my next bill in 4 to 6 weeks.
I didn't see any credits back on September 2012 , so I called again; the CSR told that he will credited me back in 2 weeks. However, I haven't seen any credits back until today, so I called the CSR again today on Oct. 11 around 11:55am.
This time, the CSR said that it was about 5 months ago and has been so long, so he could not track back and could not do anything for me. He told me to call my service provider, Rogers or MobShack (service) to claim it. But Voxtel's contact info is on my bill for billing information. Also, the CSR told that he has no name to leave me when I asked his name.
Voxtel's CSR has been fooling me around. Very Bad Service! I had never given my permission to anyone other than my service provider to charge me anything.
