OK, WHEN I ORDERD THESE BEATS, I THOUGHT THEY WERE COMING FROM THE UNITED STATES. FOUND OUT THEY WERE NOT UNTIL AFTER ORDERING THEM. NOW THEY ARE ONLY GIVE ME 7 DAYS TO RETURN ONE PAIR THAT HAD BAD DAMAGES TO THEM AND COULD NOT USE THEM. THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE ME A FULL REFUND. THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE FULL REFUND, TRYING TO GIVE ME A PARTIAL. I WILL NOT TAKE A PARTIAL WHEN I JUST GOT THEM AND THEY DIDNT HOLD UP LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE ONLY LINE AGENT'S NAME IS ELAINE I SPOKE WITH WHO IS TELLING ME THAT I CANT GET A REFUND SAYING I BROKE THEM. WHEN THEY FELL APART BEFORE USING THEM. [Personal Information Removed]
