I too woke up this morning, only to find a $31.96 charge to my bank account. I was recently searching for a PayDay lender online, and the only thing I can think of is that they, Avanix, fraudulently used my required information to help themselves to $31.96 in my account. Rest assurred, I'm not taking this lying down; I've already filed a police report with CSPD, and my bank is investigating this. I'm also going to file a complaint with the BBB and the FTC; I have a friend who is a lawyer with the FTC, so I'm going to pull some strings there as well. Avanix - you think you're slick, but you're not...I'm going to take you down, if it's the last thing I do.
