I ordered a "FREE" sample of both products paying only for the postage £4,95 .
about 2 days after the free sample arrived another batch of product arrived too. I e-mailed the company saying i hadnt ordered it and did not want it. The e-mail reply was that i couldnt E-Mail to cancel , i had to phone customer service in USA !!
i phoned quite angry by this stage and was told that i was too late to cancel and would be charged £89.95.
Any further orders were then cancelled. I have since received another e-mail to say further shipment is on its way and this time i am being charged £99.95 for something I DO NOT WANT and HAVE NOT ORDERED,
i will be taking this further and am looking to take legal action.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING YOU DO NOT WANT>
i really wish i had seen this site before i ordered the sample. NOTE there was NOTHING to say you were committing to a regular shipment , NO prices listed and lots of endorsements from what seemed like reputable people .
