I saw the ad for the 'special trial...just pay shipping'. I ordered a sample, then saw the small print about being automatically charged $85 a month. I IMMEDIATELY phoned the customer service number to cancel. I was told by Kristal #4969 that it was no problem, she gave me a return authorization cancellation number and assured me I would not have any more charges on my Visa. My next statement showed a payment of $86.97! I phoned and was told they couldn't refund anything as I was supposed to phone a second time after receiving the product to request return instructions. I explained I haven't open the package and want to return it for a full refund, but Amber #4911 said they cannot give a refund since the trial time was past. It's a complete scam and unethical marketing tactics. I hesitate to order from the internet again.
